You will work alongside some of the most innovative leaders and engineers in the field, contributing to the evolution of our cloud services tailored for the AI economy.

What You'll Do

• Initiate and drive cross-team projects with clear goals and timelines.
• Align conflicting priorities and stakeholder needs, including C-level executives.
• Facilitate technical and procedural decision-making processes.
• Establish and scale repeatable processes across engineering teams.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading technical projects or engineering teams.
• Strong technical background in software architecture, infrastructure, and networking.
• Experience with Kubernetes is essential.
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated coding ability, confirmed during the interview process.

Nice to Have

• Experience as a Software Engineer (SWE) or Site Reliability Engineer (SRE).
