About the Role

Join our team as a Senior Technical Architect - Guidewire Integration & Configuration. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work with Deloitte's AI & Engineering team, transforming technology platforms and driving innovation. As a Senior Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients achieve significant success through the implementation of Guidewire solutions.

What You'll Do

• Define the end-to-end architecture for Guidewire solutions, ensuring scalability and security in configuration and integration designs.
• Act as a key liaison between client stakeholders and Deloitte delivery teams, translating business needs into actionable technical strategies.
• Lead requirements-to-architecture decisions and design solution prototypes that meet client specifications.
• Guide the build, testing, deployment, and support readiness processes while driving technical problem-solving.
• Mentor junior team members and continuously develop your skills in the insurance domain.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 4 years of consulting or relevant industry experience, specifically in Property & Casualty Insurance Solutions.
• 4 years of experience defining architecture for Guidewire implementations.
• Experience with at least 4 full life cycle implementations of large-scale system delivery.
• Ability to travel 50% on average based on client needs.

Nice to Have

• Advanced degree in a technical specialization.
• Guidewire Integration or Configuration certification.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong background in Java, Gosu (Guidewire), and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
