About the Role

Microblink is seeking a Senior Talent Partner (Tech) - Remote to join our dynamic team. As a global leader in identity verification and fraud prevention, we leverage advanced computer vision and AI technologies to help businesses build trust in digital interactions. In this role, you will own the full recruiting lifecycle for technical positions across Engineering and Product, focusing on attracting top-tier talent from Eastern Europe and the Balkans.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for technical roles (Engineering, Product, and related functions) from intake through offer.
  • Partner with hiring managers to shape role definitions, success profiles, and hiring strategies.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies across core markets including Croatia, Serbia, Romania, and Bulgaria.
  • Build and maintain high-quality, diverse talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct in-depth screening interviews and guide candidates through a structured hiring process.
  • Deliver a high-quality, consistent candidate experience across all touchpoints.
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing market insights and process recommendations.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to increase sourcing effectiveness and overall recruiting efficiency.
  • Track, analyze, and act on recruiting data to continuously improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the People Operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in SaaS or high-growth tech environments.
  • Demonstrated success hiring for engineering and product roles.
  • Deep understanding of Eastern Europe/Balkans talent markets, including sourcing strategies and compensation benchmarks.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken) is required.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance sourcing and recruiting workflows.
  • Experience with Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.

Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting in identity verification, digital identity, fraud prevention, or fintech.
  • Experience hiring for AI/ML, computer vision, or data-heavy engineering roles.
  • Experience using Greenhouse (ATS) for managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
