What You'll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Focus primarily on recruiting for senior international positions within Sales and Solutions.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to find the best fit for open roles.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.
- Build and nurture relationships with external partners and vendors to support recruitment efforts.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the financial services/fintech or software industry.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for a variety of roles and levels.
- Motivation to actively source and find the best talent yourself.
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proficiency in both English and German is essential for this role.
