About the Role

Worcestershire County Cricket Club is looking for friendly and enthusiastic Casual Front of House & Hospitality Staff to join our team. This role is perfect for those who enjoy engaging with people and providing excellent customer service. As a member of our hospitality team, you will play a key role in enhancing the experience of our guests during matchdays and events. This position is based at our iconic venue in Worcester, England, where you will be part of a vibrant atmosphere.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome and assist guests in hospitality areas, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
  • Serve food and beverages in a professional and friendly manner, contributing to a memorable experience.
  • Support bar and catering operations during matchdays and events, maintaining high standards.
  • Ensure hospitality areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service, embodying the values of Worcestershire County Cricket Club.

Requirements

  • Must be aged 16 or over.
  • Positive attitude with good communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
  • Right to Work in the UK is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
