- Utilize ATS tools, specifically Ashby, to streamline the recruitment process.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in software engineering or DevOps.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the skills required for success.
- Experience with ATS tools, particularly Ashby.
- Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
