About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team at Justworks. This Senior Talent Acquisition Partner remote position allows you to play a crucial role in our growth and success by owning the full cycle of recruiting for our Product and Design teams. You will work in a supportive, entrepreneurial environment where you can innovate and experiment with your approach to talent acquisition.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the full life-cycle recruiting process, ensuring inclusive and equitable practices at every stage.
  • Conduct complex offer negotiations while balancing candidate experience with internal equity.
  • Utilize historical hiring data and market insights to develop a data-driven recruiting strategy.
  • Proactively source and screen candidates to maintain a robust talent pipeline.
  • Build and execute a social media strategy to promote open roles and highlight teams.
  • Develop strategic external partnerships and community relationships to enhance recruiting efforts.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to design structured interview plans that align with business needs.
  • Mentor and support recruiters at all levels, sharing best practices and insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a high-volume recruiting environment, preferably in-house or agency.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to establish trust.
  • Resourceful and proactive in anticipating needs and providing solutions.
  • Self-starter, comfortable in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience supporting Product teams is highly preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with analytics and AI-driven workflows in recruiting.
  • Familiarity with DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) strategies.
  • Strong project management skills.
