Senior Support Engineer - Telecom Solutions
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Support Engineer to join our team remotely. As a Senior Support Engineer in the MNEA CSS TW FET SD & CS team, you will be responsible for the technical support and lifecycle maintenance of UDC domain products. You will work hands-on with carrier-grade systems to ensure the high availability and seamless operation of critical telecom solutions.
What You'll Do
- Maintain UDC systems: Provide technical support and ensure the high availability of UDC domain products.
- Support Core Nodes: Perform maintenance and configuration for core network equipment (UDR, UDM, HSS, CUDB).
- Resolve Technical Issues: Troubleshoot and recover carrier-grade systems during service incidents or outages.
- System Health & Updates: Execute system health checks, software patches, and performance optimizations.
- Document & Share: Maintain technical logs and share troubleshooting knowledge to improve team efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years in telecom network integration or core networks.
- Hands-on experience with UDC core network equipment.
- Proficiency in at least one: UDR, UDM, HSS, or CUDB.
- Strong end-to-end troubleshooting capabilities.
- Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset.
