About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Sous Chef remote to join our team at Albert’s, a bustling neighborhood restaurant in Standish. As a key member of our kitchen, you will work closely with our Head Chef to create exceptional dishes that delight our guests. What You'll Do

• Lead the kitchen team in preparing high-quality dishes that meet our standards for excellence.
• Manage kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Inspire and mentor junior chefs, fostering a positive and productive kitchen environment.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and seasonal specials.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in a busy kitchen.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
