About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Real Estate Agent Platform to join our innovative team at Huspy. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in the real estate sector, contributing to our mission of transforming property transactions.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with product leaders and designers to develop our Real Estate Agent Platform and Mortgage Broker Portal using modern technologies such as JavaScript, React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Contribute to the team’s codebase and take ownership of key technical deliverables, leading by example in software development practices.
• Drive best practices in software development, ensuring high standards of code quality and product architecture.
• Actively participate in technical challenges and lead the implementation of scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Work closely with Product, Design, and Data teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on product goals and deliverables.

Requirements

• Strong technical background with a passion for building high-quality products and solving complex technical challenges.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to deliver impactful, client-focused products.
• Experience with modern development practices, CI/CD, and cloud technologies (AWS preferred).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster an inclusive, engaging team environment.
• Senior engineering experience in software development.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the PropTech industry.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices.
