Senior Software Engineer - AI Agents (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer - AI Agents to join our fast-growing technology startup. This remote role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage AI in transforming how businesses manage complex sales processes. You will be instrumental in designing and building core agent architecture, including planning, memory, and tool integration, to handle complex workflows at scale.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain production AI agents powered by modern language models.
• Develop evaluation pipelines and datasets to benchmark agent performance.
• Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Design and manage data infrastructure using Delta Lake and ClickHouse.
• Utilize strong experience with Node.js or Python to enhance our systems.
• Bonus: Work with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Terraform.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, owning problems end-to-end.

Requirements

• Strong experience in software development with a focus on AI agents.
• Proficiency in Node.js or Python.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and vector databases.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and tools like Terraform is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-velocity environment.
