Senior Signage Lead - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Signage Lead - Remote to join our innovative team. In this role, you will lead projects that shape the visual identity of world-renowned brands. As a Senior Signage Lead, you will manage diverse signage projects from conception to execution, ensuring that all aspects align with client expectations and industry standards.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the entire signage production process, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into effective signage solutions.
• Lead a team of designers and project managers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
• Utilize tools like Airtable, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite for project management and communication.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate logistics for signage installation and maintenance.
• Engage in business development activities to expand client relationships and drive growth.
• Provide technical direction on AV equipment and digital signage solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout all projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in signage production or project management.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams effectively.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and other design software.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese.
• Experience in budget management and strategic planning.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience in luxury residential projects or digital advertising.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and motion graphics.
• Knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce.
