We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our IT Service Management processes, ensuring that our systems align with business needs and stakeholder expectations.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze and document business requirements related to ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM.
  • Administer the ServiceNow platform, including workflows and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Conduct reporting and analytics to provide insights into system performance and user engagement.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement best practices in ITIL and Service Asset Management (SAM) to improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on ServiceNow.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, and CMDB.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders effectively.
  • ITIL certification is highly desirable.
  • ServiceNow CSA certification is mandatory.
