About the Role

Join Nebius as a Senior Security Solutions Engineer and be at the forefront of cloud security innovation. You will play a pivotal role in evaluating security requirements and implementing enterprise-grade solutions.

What You'll Do

• Strategic Research & Requirement Definition: Analyze customer expectations and regulatory drivers to define precise requirements for new security solutions.
• Market Analysis & Scouting: Conduct thorough market scans to identify cutting-edge security products and vendors.
• Vendor Due Diligence: Evaluate potential vendors based on technical capability and security posture.
• Technical Validation & Proof-of-Concept (PoC) Leadership: Develop detailed test plans and success criteria for all security solution PoCs.
• Hands-on Environment Setup: Architect and deploy isolated PoC environments simulating production infrastructure.
• Testing & Analysis: Execute security research methodologies to rigorously test vendor solutions.
• Decision Support & Communication: Deliver comprehensive reports and presentations to stakeholders.
• Integration Planning: Collaborate with teams to ensure selected solutions are feasible for integration.

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years in Security Engineering or related fields.
• Deep understanding of modern cloud security principles (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong scripting skills in languages like Python or Go.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade security tools.
• Proficiency in planning and executing complex PoCs.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in cloud-focused companies.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2).
• Advanced certifications (CISSP, AWS Security Specialty).
