Senior Security Infrastructure Engineer - Remote

We're hiring a Senior Security Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team at Telefónica Tech. In this role, you will focus on enhancing the security of our cloud and infrastructure services, ensuring robust protection against cyber threats. As a Senior Security Infrastructure Engineer, you will work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a diverse team of experts dedicated to digital transformation.

What You'll Do

• Configure secure services in Azure, AWS, and GCP to ensure optimal security.
• Utilize CNAPP/CSPM/CWPP tools (e.g., Prisma Cloud, Defender for Cloud) for monitoring and compliance.
• Implement encryption, key management, and access control measures.
• Integrate logs and alerts from cloud services with SIEM for enhanced security monitoring.
• Conduct periodic audits of configurations against best practices to maintain security standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience of at least 3 years in cybersecurity roles relevant to this position.
• Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts (IP, ports, protocols) and firewalls.
• Understanding of cloud security principles (IAM, roles, encryption at rest).
• Basic administration of firewalls and familiarity with CSPs (Azure, AWS, GCP) at the user level.

• Experience designing secure architectures in multi-cloud environments.
• Advanced management of segmentation and zero trust in hybrid networks.
• Automation of security policies in the cloud (Infrastructure as Code).
