Senior Salesforce Solution Architect - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team remotely. At PwC, we help clients build trust and reinvent their businesses, transforming complexity into competitive advantage. As a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect, you will lead high-impact Salesforce projects in the financial services sector, making a significant impact on our clients' success.

What You'll Do

• Act as a program and technical architect, demonstrating executive presence and strong client relationship skills.
• Architect and document high-level and low-level solutions on Salesforce core platforms, ensuring quality in builds through technical solution reviews.
• Drive complex projects, including DevOps and Automated Testing at scale, collaborating with relevant team members.
• Evaluate risks in solution design, focusing on security, performance, and scalability.
• Lead and mentor diverse teams, investing time in building reusable assets and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 10 years of Salesforce development and architecture experience.
• At least 4 Salesforce certifications.
• Strong business insight and strategic sales skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to executive leaders.

Nice to Have

• Prior management consulting experience.
• Experience in public sector, finance, banking, and retail industries.
• Understanding of Salesforce multi-clouds, including Education Cloud and Financial Services Cloud.
