  • Proven track record in sourcing hard-to-find GTM talent with expertise in outreach and market mapping.
  • Strong analytical skills to track pipeline metrics and optimize sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills to build trust as a strategic partner to hiring managers.
  • Agility, curiosity, and persistence in navigating fast-paced environments.
