About the Role

This Senior Sales Recruiter remote role is pivotal in identifying and engaging exceptional security-cleared talent across the U.S. National Security ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain a high-velocity talent pipeline, generating qualified candidates for priority roles.
• Manage the recruiting process like a sales funnel, focusing on conversion, speed, and quality.
• Act as the primary closer for hard-to-hire, security-cleared candidates, overcoming objections and driving offer acceptance.
• Develop targeted outreach campaigns using market intelligence to engage passive talent effectively.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align on priorities and hiring strategies.
• Continuously optimize recruiting performance through data analysis and feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience recruiting for cleared National Security Sales roles.
• Proven success in filling hard-to-close roles through outbound sourcing and tailored messaging.
• Strong understanding of pipeline metrics and conversion data.
• Ability to operate in a quota-like environment while managing multiple searches.
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior candidates and hiring leaders.
• Demonstrated grit and resilience with a proactive closing mindset.
