Senior E-Invoicing/​EDI Integration Engineer - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior E-Invoicing/EDI Integration Engineer to join our innovative team at ecosio. In this remote role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing e-Invoicing and global supply chains by planning, coordinating, and technically implementing e-Invoicing and EDI projects on our cloud platform. You will communicate worldwide with our partner companies, customers, and their suppliers, acting as the interface between our customers, their ERP systems, and our SaaS platform.

What You'll Do

• Plan and implement e-Invoicing and EDI projects on our cloud platform.
• Communicate effectively with partner companies, customers, and suppliers.
• Act as the interface between customers and our SaaS platform.
• Independently progress integration projects after handover from Sales.
• Serve as a sparring partner for customers, solving their technical issues.
• Coordinate mappings for e-Invoicing and EDI integration with the document engineering team.
• Encourage the evaluation and implementation of new tools and processes for project management.
• Manage the entire process to ensure each project's success.

Requirements

• Several years of work experience in e-Invoicing and/or EDI.
• Experience with the integration of ERP import and export interfaces based on XML, CSV, and IDocs.
• Familiarity with EDI onboardings, EDI service providers, and Value Added Networks (VANs).
• Knowledge of national e-Invoicing mandates around the globe.
• In-depth understanding of typical EDI and integration formats like XML, EDIFACT, ANSI X12, and VDA.
• Proficiency in EDI protocols such as AS2, OFTP2, or PEPPOL.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
