About the Role

We are looking for a Tech Lead – Backend (Platform Tribe) remote to join our Platform Tribe and lead the development of our cutting-edge solution, where milliseconds matter. As a Tech Lead, you will be at the forefront of our mission to achieve high-end results in all critical technical aspects of our business.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development of high-load, high-traffic systems ensuring best availability and lowest possible latency in all transaction processing operations.
• Oversee the architecture and implementation of micro-services, focusing on efficient resource usage.
• Drive a “PoC first” approach to problem-solving, ensuring rapid iteration and development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product development and address deep tech engineering challenges.
• Foster a culture of ownership and accountability within the team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

• Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Extensive experience leading teams in high-load environments.
• Deep understanding of micro-service architecture and distributed systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on latency-sensitive transaction processing systems.
• A passion for product development and a commitment to excellence in engineering.

Nice to Have

• Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques.
