Senior RPA Engineer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior RPA Engineer - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to drive impactful automation projects that enhance operational efficiency. As a Senior RPA Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, and other cutting-edge technologies.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design and development of RPA solutions that streamline business processes and improve productivity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define project requirements.
• Utilize Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and other tools to create scalable automation solutions.
• Conduct user research and design systems that enhance user experience and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Implement application security measures and participate in the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in RPA, AI, and automation technologies.
• Participate in incident response and security operations to ensure the integrity of automation solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in RPA development and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, and JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud engineering and infrastructure automation, particularly in AWS.
• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Understanding of application security, compliance, and data privacy best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills and experience in user management and customer operations.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce Administration and Data Loader.
• Knowledge of VBA, .NET, ASP.NET, and JQuery.
• Familiarity with threat hunting and security engineering.
