Senior Research Partner - Remote Role at Maze

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Research Partner - Remote to join our dynamic team at Maze. This role is pivotal in helping us understand user needs and drive product decisions. As a Senior Research Partner, you will work closely with Account Executives, Account Managers, and Customer Success Managers to inspire confidence in our prospects and customers. Your expertise will help demonstrate measurable business impact through research, making this a unique opportunity to influence the direction of our company.

What You'll Do

• Lead customer engagements including sales calls, workshops, and enablement sessions.
• Develop change management and enablement programs to address customer needs effectively.
• Guide customers in defining, launching, and operationalizing KPI-linked research.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize your research expertise to connect insights to business outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX Research, Product Research, or Insights roles.
• Familiarity with UXR and Design tools.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at Executive levels.
• Willingness to travel for in-person engagements with prospects and customers.
• Strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Proven experience connecting research to business outcomes.
• Career versatility with experience outside of Research.
• Expertise in Research Tooling such as Maze.
• Experience in Change Management.
