Senior Recruiter – Go-To-Market (Remote)

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Recruiter – Go-To-Market to join our dynamic team at Sardine. As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization during a period of rapid growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned recruiter to work remotely from the UK and contribute to our mission of stopping fraud before it happens.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for GTM roles, including sales, business development, sales engineering, integrations, accounts management, partnership, and more, across multiple regions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop a clear hiring strategy for each role.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, including job boards, direct outreach, inbounds, social media, and networking.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience, from initial contact through to offer negotiation and closure.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes as we scale, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 3+ years in a high-growth tech startup environment.
  • Proven experience recruiting for GTM (sales, post-sales, marketing, partnership) roles in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting in the UK, EU, Asia, US, and Canada markets.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting for fast-paced environments with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • A passion for data-driven recruiting and a strong comfort with ATS (Ashby preferred), Notion, and reports.
  • Exposure to People Operations is a plus, including onboarding support or process improvements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels across the organization.
  • Experience working with diverse, international teams and understanding the nuances in hiring across different geographies and cultures.
