About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Python AI Software Engineer to join our team at Nearform. This remote position is perfect for candidates based in Poland who are passionate about building high-quality applications and solving complex challenges. As a Senior Python AI Software Engineer, you will work closely with clients to translate complex business requirements into innovative digital products.

What You'll Do

• Design and build applications using Python, focusing on AI-enabled solutions.
• Support component design, development, and maintenance while ensuring high technical quality standards.
• Assist in defining structured practices in source code management, building, and deployment.
• Contribute to Nearform tooling and open-source projects.
• Design and implement data storage solutions to optimize performance for maximum speed and scalability.
• Utilize version control tools, particularly Git, to maintain build processes.
• Gather feedback from users and clients to build tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the Delivery Architect and client teams to ensure timely project execution.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Senior Developer in an enterprise environment.
• Deep understanding of Python and modern AI tools throughout the development cycle.
• Strong experience with SQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen for multi-agent systems.
• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills, with a focus on security and performance considerations.
• Professional proficiency in English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel to London, UK occasionally.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Python and AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of Data Science techniques including data preprocessing and model evaluation.
