- Assist in setting up new accounts with the accounting and operations team.
- Provide daily reports of all new orders to upper management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
