Senior Project Manager - Global Programs (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team at Mercy Corps, a leading global organization dedicated to creating a better world through innovative solutions in times of disaster and hardship. This Senior Project Manager remote position will support the global rebrand rollout of Mercy Corps across diverse country and regional contexts, ensuring alignment with global standards while considering local needs.

What You'll Do

• Lead the implementation of localized rebrand rollout plans.
• Coordinate with regional and country teams for project alignment.
• Identify and deliver training on brand guidelines.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple regions.
• Engage stakeholders to foster buy-in for the new brand.
• Support change management throughout the rollout process.
• Facilitate communication between country teams and the Rebrand PMO.
• Document plans and milestones using project management tools.
• Contribute to after-action reviews for future initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding principles.

Requirements

• BA/S or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management platforms like Wrike.
• Ability to develop strategic project plans.
• Experience in international relief and development preferred.
• Ability to work with senior leadership.
• Effective in change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Cultural sensitivity and resilience.

• Fluency in multiple languages.
