About the Role

We are seeking a Global Benefits Specialist - Remote to join our dynamic People Operations team at AlphaSense. In this role, you will manage and administer employee benefit programs while ensuring compliance with local regulations. As a Global Benefits Specialist, you will play a crucial part in supporting our global workforce and enhancing employee satisfaction through effective benefits management.

What You'll Do

• Manage and administer employee benefit programs across multiple regions.
• Maintain compliance with local labor laws, ensuring all benefits align with regulations.
• Provide guidance to employees on benefits, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with external vendors to optimize benefits offerings.
• Assist in global benefits harmonization efforts to create a cohesive benefits strategy.
• Support benefits-related updates in Workday, ensuring accurate data management.
• Draft and maintain process and policy documentation for benefits administration.
• Manage benefits invoice reconciliation to ensure accurate billing.
• Assist with annual benefit renewal and enrollment processes, ensuring smooth transitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on benefits.
• 2-3 years of global benefits-specific experience preferred.
• Proficient in Workday for benefits management.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws in EMEA.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with employees.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel for data analysis.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
