Senior Project Manager - Data Center Campus (Remote Options Available)
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager - Data Center Campus to provide Owner Representation on the construction of a hyperscale data center campus in Cedar Rapids, IA. This Senior Project Manager role offers the opportunity to manage various scopes during the base build and fit-out of multiple buildings on campus, with the potential for remote work options.
What You'll Do
- Oversee construction management activities, including reviewing monthly forecasts and holding weekly CPM schedule review meetings.
- Manage vendor start-up scheduling and commissioning schedule coordination.
- Coordinate customer fit-out design package integration and validate design cost and process changes.
- Provide proactive cost avoidance and reduction ideas, ensuring project budgets are met.
- Conduct QA/QC general oversight and safety inspections with construction managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
- 7-10 years of experience in design or construction, specifically in Labs, Semiconductor, Data Center, and/or Critical Facility Construction.
- PMP, CCM, or PE license is a plus.
- Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Strong client relations and people management skills.

- Experience with advanced project management software.
- Knowledge of sustainable building practices.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
