Senior Programmatic Advertising Sales Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Programmatic Advertising Sales Manager to join adjoe, a leader in mobile advertising solutions. This remote opportunity allows you to redefine the future of mobile ads while working from anywhere. As a Senior Programmatic Advertising Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our programmatic advertising efforts, connecting app developers to over 600 million users worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Build and nurture new gaming publisher partnerships for adjoe’s programmatic solution.
• Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to onboard and retain new publisher accounts.
• Manage and track your sales pipeline using our CRM tool to ensure effective reporting on progress.
• Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to create go-to-market materials aimed at expanding adjoe Ads’ publisher portfolio.
• Provide feedback from publishers to inform product strategy and enhance our platform.
• Represent adjoe Ads at industry events and conferences as a speaker and attendee.
• Report directly to the Managing Director of adjoe Ads.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in selling technology solutions, preferably in mobile ad tech or SDK sales.
• Proficient in managing sales pipelines using CRM software.
• Excellent networking and communication skills.
• Strong revenue and growth-oriented mindset.
• Ability to develop a holistic sales strategy to engage publishers at every stage of the sales cycle.
• Goal-driven with a resourceful approach to closing new publisher contracts.
• Experience in public speaking and a strong network in the mobile adtech and games industry.

Nice to Have

• Experience with programmatic advertising platforms.
• Knowledge of app economies and mobile adtech trends.
• Fluency in German.
