About the Role

Fluxon is hiring a full-time Senior Program Manager, Workforce Planning to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our workforce planning aligns with the company's goals and objectives.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage workforce planning programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective workforce strategies.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of workforce planning initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in workforce planning.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with workforce planning tools and methodologies.
