Senior Program Manager - Global Partner Engineering & Operations

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our Global Partner Engineering & Operations (PE&O) team at Stripe. This remote position plays a crucial role in driving our strategic partnerships and enhancing operational efficiency. As a Senior Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of facilitating collaboration between product development, engineering, and partnerships, ensuring that we meet the diverse needs of our partners while supporting Stripe's rapid growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage multiple partner programs, focusing on improving integration and operational efficiency.
• Implement best practices to enhance partnership performance and drive strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and regulatory, to align on goals and deliver outcomes that meet partner needs.
• Analyze trends and identify opportunities for enhancing money movement efficiency.
• Take ownership of the program portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
• Monitor and measure program performance against defined success criteria, resulting in actionable insights and continuous improvements.
• Develop, manage, and execute end-to-end project plans to improve partner implementations and enhancements.
• Facilitate alignment and coordination between internal teams and external partners on critical operational activities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of program management experience, particularly with external partnerships and technical project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Proven proficiency in driving the maturity and sophistication of programs, including process efficiency.
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Excellent organizational abilities and a commitment to driving partner success.
