About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner - AI-Native Product Development to join our innovative team at Eve. As a key player in our organization, you will lead the development of AI-driven solutions that redefine legal technology for plaintiff law firms. What You'll Do

• Take full ownership of major product initiatives, driving adoption, retention, and expansion through exceptional execution and customer understanding.
• Implement scalable product practices that enhance team efficiency and alignment.
• Serve as a force multiplier for Product, Design, and Engineering teams, raising quality standards across the organization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to develop successful launch strategies and support revenue-critical motions.
• Utilize your expertise in AI and product management to create habit-forming products that simplify complex workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of owning entire product suites.
• Demonstrated ability to lead products from discovery to launch to scale, operating with high autonomy and accountability.
• Strong background in B2B startups with experience in go-to-market partnerships.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment.
• Hands-on experience with applied LLMs and modern AI productization.

Nice to Have

• Experience in legal tech or other complex, accuracy-sensitive industries.
• Familiarity with the plaintiff litigation lifecycle and case workflows.
• Prior experience in a PM-light environment where engineers and designers own large pieces of the product.
