What You'll Do

• Identify market potentials both domestically and internationally, translating customer needs into actionable technological development projects.
• Manage the launch of new solutions with a structured approach, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Collaborate closely with sales, technical teams, marketing, and other internal stakeholders to enhance processes around your portfolio.
• Analyze trends, competition, and market data to provide clear recommendations for product development.
• Create product documentation, presentations, and training materials, making complex technical content accessible and impactful.

Requirements

• A degree in a technical or business-related field or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in technical product management or a similar interface role.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, structured work approach, and enthusiasm for implementation.
• Familiarity with the dynamics of the construction supply industry or B2B products in a technical context.
• Ability to combine technical understanding with market, sales, and economic insights.
• Excellent communication skills, high personal standards, and confidence in engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in German and good command of English, with a willingness to travel within Germany and neighboring countries.
