Senior Product Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is pivotal in leading the strategy, development, and implementation of innovative systems and tools that will drive our next stage of growth. As a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with leadership and department heads to define and communicate a vision that enhances business outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering to release and continuous optimization.
• Transform strategic goals into actionable product solutions, ensuring alignment between technical capabilities and business priorities.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and transparency at every stage.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Re-engineer processes and implement effective solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
• Work independently on niche projects or product stages, demonstrating self-direction and organization.
• Utilize no-code/low-code tools to build prototypes and validate hypotheses in early project stages.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product or Project Manager in a fast-paced digital or tech-driven environment.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering impactful results.
• Deep understanding of modern product and project management practices.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on stakeholder engagement and alignment.
• Experience in business process analysis, optimization, and digital transformation.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst.
