Senior Product Manager - Remote Opportunity at Ruby Labs

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join Ruby Labs in a fully remote capacity. As a Senior Product Manager, you will command daily product operations, ensuring that our innovative consumer products continue to thrive in the market. This role is pivotal in maintaining the product lifecycle from ideation to post-production monitoring, with a focus on flawless execution and constant evolution.

What You'll Do

• Manage every phase of the product lifecycle on a daily and hourly basis, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain a refined, prioritized backlog of features, bugs, and improvements to drive product development.
• Lead ideation, research, competitive benchmarking, and timely delivery of new features.
• Enforce pixel-perfect design standards, ensuring UI/UX perfection across all product features.
• Conduct ongoing competitor intelligence and UX research to inform product decisions.
• Monitor product releases in real time, addressing any issues immediately to maintain product integrity.
• Utilize Mixpanel for product metrics, event tracking, and to drive product backlog ideas forward.
• Facilitate daily feedback loops with Dev and Data Analytics teams to ensure alignment and speed.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, QA, and Data teams to enforce accountability and drive results.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing web products and teams, with a proven track record in product management.
• Experience leading Product Owners, QA, development, and data teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail, capable of spotting even the smallest misalignments.
• Deep knowledge of component-based UI systems and UI refactoring.
• Strong mastery of data analytics events and KPI-driven product control.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Mixpanel for advanced product analytics.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT-5 and Anthropic for product operations.
• Fluency in English is required.
