About the Role

What You'll Do

• Define a comprehensive strategy and product roadmap to enhance the payments experience based on deep customer insights.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and partners to gain buy-in for the strategic vision and product roadmap.
• Create and define innovative business, product, and customer experience concepts to achieve the strategic vision.
• Partner with the payments partnerships team to optimize performance and costs.
• Work cross-functionally with partner managers, marketing, designers, customer service, and operations teams to efficiently implement the business vision.
• Manage the overall product and feature roadmap, prioritizing features and balancing customer experience with operational support.
• Write detailed product requirement documents and ensure clear communication with business, design, and development teams.
• Establish and own key product goals, identifying metrics to demonstrate impact.
• Communicate with management and senior executives about program and product direction, strategy, and operational execution.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically in designing and delivering world-class consumer products.
• Proven track record of conceptualizing, developing, launching, and scaling new consumer products in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to think big while paying attention to detail.
• Strong bias for action with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities and create urgency in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
• Keen analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to support assumptions and develop business cases.
