About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager in the Flights product area, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of travel experiences for our customers. What You’ll Do

• Utilize data, user, and stakeholder insights to uncover the biggest opportunities for impact in the flights domain.
• Clearly communicate the vision and strategy for the Flights product area to inspire your team and align stakeholders.
• Define and own the product strategy, laying out clear plans for tackling the right problems and measuring success.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and other functions to bring your strategy to life, delivering value incrementally.
• Provide expertise by creating training materials and ensuring product documentation is up-to-date.
• Lead with a servant-leadership approach, helping the team stay focused and fostering creativity and collaboration.
• Continuously learn and share insights with colleagues to build a world-class product team.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in tech companies, with a minimum of 5 years in Product Management roles.
• Proven experience in the Flights industry, with knowledge of GDS and NDC.
• Strong understanding of user experience and the ability to create intuitive, impactful products.
• Comfortable working on B2B platforms and collaborating with technical stakeholders.
• Ability to break down complex projects into smaller, manageable steps that deliver value quickly.
• Experience working cross-functionally with teams like engineering, design, finance, and data.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to create thoughtful, data-backed plans.
