About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team remotely. As a Senior Product Manager - Checkout & Post-Booking, you will lead critical initiatives that enhance our checkout processes and post-booking experiences. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless transition for travelers from browsing to booking, and your expertise will directly impact our conversion rates.

What You'll Do

• Drive the end-to-end testing cycle for the Checkout Pod, defining hypotheses and launching A/B tests to enhance checkout conversion rates.
• Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap for checkout and post-booking experiences, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic value.
• Lead checkout and confirmation flows across web and mobile platforms, ensuring a cohesive user experience.
• Navigate evolving technical and business constraints, making data-driven decisions to enhance transactional flows.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across various teams, communicating product performance and advocating for user needs.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within online marketplaces.
• Proven track record in shipping features for transactional or checkout flows across multiple platforms.
• Experience running A/B tests that have significantly impacted conversion or revenue.
• Familiarity with machine learning-driven features in checkout or post-booking contexts is a plus.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
