Senior Product Manager - B2B Enterprise Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager for B2B Enterprise to join our dynamic team at ELSA, Corp. This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to shape the future of language learning through AI-powered solutions. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our enterprise segment, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible product experience from enrollment to renewal.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end product development for the B2B segment, focusing on admin dashboards, learner engagement, and onboarding flows for enterprise accounts.
• Drive the engagement loop that keeps learners active and reduce churn during critical months.
• Analyze product metrics tied to learning outcomes and account health, ensuring measurable improvements.
• Collaborate with the AI/ML team to create personalized learning paths and actionable insights for administrators.
• Develop a clear, prioritized roadmap based on customer feedback and renewal data, communicating effectively with stakeholders including the CEO and enterprise clients.
• Act as the voice of the customer, synthesizing feedback from various teams into actionable product decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically within B2B SaaS or enterprise-facing digital products.
• Proven track record of driving measurable outcomes in enterprise accounts, including activation and renewal.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with product analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel.
• Experience in building or improving admin tools and reporting dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of presenting product roadmaps to C-suite executives.
• A high ownership mentality, treating product success as your own business.

Nice to Have

• Experience with HubSpot and familiarity with quoting engines or billing systems.
• Understanding of SaaS principles and challenges.
• Knowledge of Python for data transformations or API interactions.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as LangChain and LLM orchestration frameworks.
