Senior Product Designer - UX Strategist for FinTech

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Product Designer - UX Strategist to join our dynamic team at GoTymeX. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere while contributing to our innovative fintech solutions. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping user experiences that are intuitive and engaging.

What You'll Do

• Design user experiences and interfaces for mobile applications (Android and iOS) that are user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
• Utilize your expertise in UX journeys and UX strategy to create scalable design features.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Present and defend your design decisions to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design, incorporating them into your work.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall growth of the design team.
• Participate in design critiques and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital User Experience and Interface design, particularly for mobile platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing detail-oriented designs and successful product launches.
• Excellent English communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Proficient in UX design techniques including user journeys, flow charts, and wireframing.
• A genuine passion for product design with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to adapt and pivot designs based on feedback and alternative solutions.
• Advocate for AI integration in design processes, understanding its impact on user experience.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on delivering results.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the fintech industry.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards in design.
