Senior Product Designer - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer - Remote to join our innovative team at Celara. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with product and engineering teams to design intuitive solutions that cater to a diverse range of users, including small business owners and financial institutions.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Product Managers to understand user needs and design product features from ideation to production.
• Utilize your expertise to evolve design systems and component libraries, ensuring a cohesive user experience.
• Conduct design reviews and gather stakeholder feedback to refine and enhance product designs.
• Research customer needs and translate insights into actionable features that drive business impact.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using Figma, showcasing your design skills and attention to detail.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding user experiences.
• Communicate design concepts and storytelling effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design samples.
• Proficiency in Figma and design systems.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to facilitate collaboration with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to convey design concepts.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Advanced English fluency is required.

Nice to Have

• Experience in designing for financial institutions or similar industries.
• Knowledge of user research methodologies.
• Familiarity with agile development processes.
