About the Role

Jobgether is seeking a talented Full Stack Engineering Lead - Remote to join our innovative team. In this role, you will manage a team of engineers dedicated to building cloud-native systems that enhance user experiences. As a Full Stack Engineering Lead, you will play a crucial role in guiding your team through the entire software development lifecycle, from research and design to implementation and delivery.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a team to build web and mobile applications that meet user needs.
• Guide your team through research, design, implementation, and delivery phases.
• Influence the technical direction for cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Write code samples and prototypes to support implementation and best practices.
• Promote modern technical standards and encourage quality code within the team.
• Maintain effective communication with local and remote partners to foster collaboration.
• Support team members' performance with constructive feedback and development goals.
• Hire and train new engineering talent to strengthen the team.
• Collaborate closely with designers and business leaders to create innovative solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web application development, with a strong focus on full stack technologies.
• 3+ years of experience managing technical teams, demonstrating leadership skills.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as Vue and React.
• Experience with backend services using Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Familiarity with AI tools for improving code quality and enhancing productivity.
• Strong track record in designing scalable applications and knowledge of web development best practices.
• Bonus: Experience with scalable content management systems and familiarity with testing frameworks and static code analysis tools.
• Experience managing AWS deployments and services.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for building innovative productivity solutions.
• Experience with agile software development methodologies.
