Senior Product Designer - Exchange for Crypto Platform

About the Role

Join Crypto.com as a Senior Product Designer (Exchange) and play a pivotal role in shaping the design direction for our innovative cryptocurrency platform. This remote position allows you to lead a talented team of designers while collaborating with product managers to create exceptional user experiences across our web and mobile applications.

What You'll Do

• Lead a team of designers through collaboration, feedback, and direction to ensure high-quality design outcomes.
• Create innovative designs that develop product and feature directions, effectively communicating ideas and providing additional support.
• Collaborate with product managers to establish timelines, delivery, and priorities for various features within the Exchange.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and protection to your designers, fostering a positive design environment for their growth.
• Establish and maintain an ideal design process for your team, ensuring efficiency and creativity.
• Run and facilitate user research activities, including 1:1 user interviews, focus groups, and usability tests to gather valuable insights.
• Work closely with the executive team to understand and apply the big picture vision and direction for the Exchange.
• Present and communicate design direction, decisions, and rationale to other teams, ensuring alignment and understanding.
• Actively use and trade on the exchange, identifying design and product issues to address with the team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working at a top-tier trading team; must be a trader.
• Extraordinary knowledge of design as a craft, with a deep skillset to contribute to the team.
• Extensive experience designing multiple B2C digital products/services for international audiences.
• A solid portfolio showcasing examples of design for digital products and services.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design and user experience principles, with a strong creative vision to plan design roadmaps.
• Ability to oversee and manage multiple projects, shipping quality products at scale.
• Experience in developing and coaching a design team, with a strong leadership presence.
• A portfolio must be provided to be considered for this role.
