Senior Pre-Sales Engineer - Reinsurance Solutions (Remote)

About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer - Reinsurance Solutions to join our dynamic team at Sapiens. This remote position offers you the opportunity to leverage your expertise in reinsurance to drive business success across EMEA and APAC regions.
What You'll Do
- Provide pre-sales expertise in support of all elements of the Sapiens RI solution and product sales efforts in the direct and indirect EMEA & APAC sales channels.
- Engage with customers to articulate winning propositions and deliver business-oriented presentations to all levels of the customer organization, including board level.
- Lead the benefits assessment process and develop customized ROI/ROR analysis.
- Architect solutions to address customer business requirements and prepare, configure, and deliver demonstrations, proof of concepts, and hands-on experiences (pilots).
- Author and manage responses to requests for proposals (RFP) and contribute to customer-specific Sapiens proposals and Management Summary.
- Support the generation of Statements of Work (SOW) and provide timely and accurate communication to management and team members.
- Assist marketing with support for events, PR, seminars, and campaigns.
- Create prototypes and prototype requirements as part of architecting solutions for prospects.
- Work with Product Strategy to perform market analysis to enhance demo environments as per market evolution.
Requirements
- At least 7+ years of experience in a technical sales, pre-sales, or Sales Engineer consultant role.
- Proven ability to work independently to prepare for and undertake demos.
- Excellent command of the Reinsurance (RI) insurance business, with hands-on experience preferred.
- Experience with RI insurance information systems at a super user level is required.
- Strong understanding of software solutions, with previous experience in an Insurance Software Vendor desired.
- Ability to engage confidentially at senior levels within customer organizations.
- Experience presenting to executive management level and designing customer workshops, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills, with strong communication and analytical abilities.
- Willingness to travel when needed.
