About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Platform DevEx Engineer - Remote to join our innovative team. In this role, you will enhance the developer experience across our platform, ensuring seamless integration and deployment processes. As a Senior Platform DevEx Engineer, you will work with cutting-edge technologies to optimize our cloud infrastructure and improve automation practices.

What You'll Do

Design and implement solutions that enhance the developer experience across our platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
Utilize programming languages such as Python and SQL for data engineering tasks.
Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
Lead initiatives for data migration and backend development projects.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in platform engineering or site reliability engineering.
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with GitHub Actions and Terraform for CI/CD processes.
Proficient in programming languages, especially Python and SQL.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with monitoring tools and practices.
Experience in payroll management and HRIS systems.
Knowledge of data analysis and data science principles.
