Senior People Business Partner - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior People Business Partner to join our team remotely. As a Senior People Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce strategies and aligning People & Culture initiatives with our business goals. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to attract top talent and enhance overall performance.

What You'll Do

• Act as a strategic partner to key business leaders within the Go-to-Market or Product and Engineering organizations.
• Coach leaders at all levels on people-related matters covering the full employee life-cycle.
• Advise and partner with leaders to identify and execute talent-related needs that align with company goals.
• Participate actively in headcount planning and organizational design strategies.
• Translate business needs into effective People & Culture programs, policies, and solutions.
• Design and facilitate training programs to empower leadership and support business needs.
• Own specific projects that drive a culture of high performance across the organization.
• Identify business challenges and implement human resource best practices.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a People Business Partner, partnering directly with executives in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of organizational design, performance management, and leadership coaching.
• Excellent business acumen to connect People decisions to product, engineering, or commercial outcomes.
• Ability to analyze People analytics to assess team performance and retention rates.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to adjust messaging based on audience and situation.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a tech company or startup environment.
• Familiarity with change/risk management practices.
• Proficiency in German is a plus.
