About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Payroll Customer Success Manager - EMEA Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support regarding payroll operations across the EMEA region. Your expertise will help enhance customer satisfaction and drive retention, making a significant impact on our business growth.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and nurture relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring their payroll needs are met efficiently.
  • Lead payroll implementation projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on payroll processes, compliance, and best practices to clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success management, specifically in payroll or HR tech.
  • Strong understanding of payroll operations and compliance, including U.S. GAAP and Dutch GAAP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to address client challenges effectively.
