Senior Onboarding Manager - EMEA Region

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Onboarding Manager to join our team at dbt Labs, focusing on the EMEA region. This Senior Onboarding Manager remote position is pivotal in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for our largest accounts. You will play a crucial role in helping customers transform their raw data into actionable insights through our analytics engineering platform.

What You'll Do

• Manage dbt Lab’s largest accounts to initial product adoption while ensuring an amazing start to their customer journey.
• Clearly communicate with customers about account setup requirements and expectations, aligning on best practices, and motivating key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, professional services, support, and training to deliver a superior customer experience in a condensed period of time.
• Meet with prospective dbt Cloud customers to assess which service experience makes sense for them.
• Tailor new and existing customer onboarding enablement for your region.
• Work with our customers in EMEA to ensure they are set up for success.

Requirements

• Experience working asynchronously as part of a fully-remote, distributed team.
• A natural cross collaborator with an extreme attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience in a customer success or customer-facing project management role.
• Strong communication skills to engage with customer executives across various industries.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Asana, Rocketlane, and Slack.
• Understanding of how dbt can positively impact a customer’s day-to-day operations.
