Senior Motion Designer - Transforming Real Estate Visuals

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Motion Designer to join our team at Compass, where you will play a crucial role in revolutionizing the real estate industry. This Senior Motion Designer remote position is focused on creating compelling visual narratives that enhance the experience of our agents and clients. You will be responsible for transforming static screens and strategic ideas into engaging animations that resonate with our audience.

What You'll Do

• Lead Motion Strategy & Own the Narrative: Spearhead high-impact product launch and brand campaign videos, taking projects from concept to final render.
• Bring UI to Life: Create meaningful, story-driven animations from UX/UI designs using Figma, making complex interactions clear.
• Build Scalable Systems: Develop robust motion templates and dynamic assets for agents to market themselves effectively.
• Thrive in the Pace: Excel in a fast-paced environment, executing high-quality work while maintaining attention to detail.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clarity in motion concepts.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience as a Motion Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing premium brand storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects and Cinema 4D, including animation, compositing, and modeling.
• Excellent communication skills to present ideas clearly to non-technical partners.
• Strong storytelling and design fundamentals, with proficiency in Premiere, Figma, typography, and branding.
• Interest in generative AI tools for concepting and asset creation.
