We are looking for a passionate and driven Customer Experience and Growth Intern to join our team remotely. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting our rapid growth in the sports technology sector. This Customer Experience and Growth Intern remote position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

• Serve as an “Official Host” for football games, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Coordinate daily operations including marketing, logistics, and customer service.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and improve services.
• Assist in executing business development initiatives to support our international expansion.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and Executive Director on various projects.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude.
• Interest in football is a significant plus.
• Previous hospitality experience is advantageous.
• Willingness to commit for 3 to 12 months.

Nice to Have

• Experience in customer service or business development.
• Familiarity with sports management or event coordination.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
